Twinny was born from a deep conviction: technology should not be a privilege, but a lever within reach of those who truly move the world.

Our passion for artificial intelligence and automation began in 2015, working closely with the Carlos III University of Madrid. Over the years, we developed innovative projects for large multinational companies, achieving great results, where technology had the potential to transform both processes and people. However, many of those initiatives got lost in corporate inertia—crushed by slow structures and priorities disconnected from real impact.

We were always left with the same thought:

“What a shame this project wasn’t put in the hands of a small business, where it could have made a real difference.”

That reflection sparked everything.

We decided to start our own journey—without big funding or a large team. We began with something more powerful: expert knowledge of the real challenges small and medium-sized businesses face in process automation and customer management.

We know what it’s like to not have enough time, to struggle to scale, to lack automation, and to rely on limited resources to achieve big goals.

That’s why we created Twinny:

A platform that brings conversational intelligence to those who truly drive the economy.
