Twinny was born from a deep conviction: technology shouldn’t be a privilege—it should be a powerful tool accessible to those who truly move the world.

Our passion for artificial intelligence and automation began back in 2015, working closely with Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Over the years, we developed innovative projects for large multinational companies, where technology had the potential to transform both processes and people. But too often, these initiatives got lost in corporate inertia—buried under slow-moving structures and priorities disconnected from real impact.

We were always left with the same thought:

That thought was the spark.
We decided to launch our own venture—not with big funding or a huge team, but with something even more powerful: a deep understanding of the real challenges small and medium-sized businesses face when it comes to automation and customer management.

We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unable to scale, to rely on limited resources while trying to do it all.
That’s why we created Twinny: a platform that brings conversational intelligence to the people who truly drive the economy.
