Orchestrate every channel
from one intelligent
layer.
In 30 minutes we'll show you how Twinny connects to your operation and starts delivering results from week 1.
A digital worker does not answer questions: it takes on a function. It understands the request, looks up company context, decides and executes in your systems, with traceability of every action.

Who it is for
Digital Worker. A Digital Worker is an artificial-intelligence system that runs a business process or function end to end: it receives the request through any channel, looks up company context, makes decisions within a set of rules and executes actions directly on the company’s systems (ERP, CRM, email, telephony, legacy applications). Unlike a chatbot, which converses, or an RPA robot, which repeats clicks, a digital worker combines understanding, reasoning and execution, and escalates to a person when the case requires it.
The four technologies are often confused because they all "automate". The difference lies in which part of the work they take on and how they react when something changes.
| Chatbot | Traditional RPA | Simple AI agent | Digital Worker | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it does | Answers questions | Repeats clicks and keystrokes | Reasons and replies | Understands, reasons, decides and executes |
| Scope | One conversation | One task | One interaction | A complete process or function |
| Company context | Static FAQ | None | Whatever it is given | Company Memory connected to your systems |
| Executes in systems | No | Yes, if nothing changes | Sometimes, via API | Yes: API, MCP or RPA, even without an API |
| When the process changes | Flows must be rewritten | It breaks | Depends on the prompt | Adapts within the rules |
| Traceability | Chat log | Robot log | Variable | Every decision and action signed |
A digital worker is defined by the function it takes on, not by the channel the work arrives through.
A Twinny digital worker is not a prompt with API access. It is a component that rests on shared infrastructure that gets reused for the next worker.
The digital worker operates on SAP, Salesforce, your ERP, your databases and your in-house software. When an API or an MCP server exists, it uses it. When the system exposes nothing, we combine RPA and browser automation so the worker does what a person would do on screen.
Every connection is built once and stays available for the next digital workers: connect once, use everywhere.
A digital worker turns repetitive work into scalable, predictable and measurable digital capacity: more operations with the same team. As volume grows, the human structure does not have to grow at the same pace.
The return is estimated before anything is built: current cost of the process, capacity needed, automatable share and capacity freed. The proposal is sized by complexity, volume, integrations and capacity, not by licences.
No global transformation is needed. The first digital worker solves a concrete problem (reception, customer service, administration, bookings, logistics) and, at the same time, leaves reusable components in place: system connections, data model, Company Memory, permissions, MCP tools, business rules and traceability.
When the second or third digital worker arrives, most of the infrastructure already exists. That is what we call the AI Operating Layer.
