We design and implement private MCP servers that expose enterprise capabilities (look up customer, find order, create booking, update CRM) to any authorised agent, without opening databases.

Who it is for
MCP (Model Context Protocol). MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol that standardises how AI models and agents access external tools, data and capabilities. In an enterprise, an MCP layer turns systems such as SAP, Salesforce, the ERP, the CRM or the Data Lake into reusable, governed services ("look up invoice", "check availability", "create request") that any authorised agent can use without accessing databases directly.
Without a shared layer, every agent carries its own integration with every system: three agents, three different Salesforce integrations. It is slow, expensive, inconsistent and hard to govern. With an enterprise MCP layer, each system is connected once and exposed as a set of capabilities with permissions.
Business capabilities, not tables. Each with its contract, its permissions and its usage log.
The MCP layer inherits identity and permissions from the AI Operating Layer: which agent can invoke which capability, with which scope, on which data, with which limits and with which human approval. Everything is audited.
We build the MCP server on the system’s API when it exists, on the Company Memory when the data is already unified, and on RPA or browser automation when the system is legacy and exposes nothing. The agent does not notice the difference: it invokes a capability.
Twinny’s digital workers consume MCP capabilities to execute. And the same capabilities become available, if the customer authorises it, to corporate copilots and external agents through the Agent Gateway. Connect once, use everywhere.
